Sterling Medical is seeking New Parent Support Home Visitors to provide services at our U.S. Military Installations in Germany!

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Home Visitor (HV) shall be a licensed clinical social worker, registered nurse, or marriage and family therapist. A registered nurse shall have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited U.S. education institution and a current U.S. unrestricted license in nursing from one of the 50 states, the district of Columbia, the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands; or a Master’s level Social Worker (MSW) from a university accredited by the National Council on Social Work Education with a current license to practice independently in their state of licensure. HVs are also eligible if they are a Master’s level Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). MSW and MFT Licenses must be from one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

2.The licensed Nurse and MFT shall have 2 years beyond degree of direct experience in child maltreatment, child abuse prevention, dysfunctional couples, families experiencing stress, violent hostile individual clients, parenting programs or related areas. U.S. licensing jurisdiction in one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

3. Home Visitor/Program Manager (PM) shall have and maintain a clinical social work license, at the highest level offered from his/her respective U.S. licensing board in one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

4. Have a minimum of five years of direct experience in child abuse prevention and/or family and children’s services, dysfunctional couples, families experiencing stress, violent hostile individual clients, parenting programs or related areas.
