About the Global Mile Team: Amazon is dedicated to helping businesses succeed as Selling Partners. Our Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) service offers fulfillment solutions by storing and shipping products from our centers, allowing FBA sellers to expand their reach and scale their business. Often, Selling Partners need to source inventory from overseas locations like China and Southeast Asia, which involves navigating international freight-forwarding, shipping, and customs processes. The Global Mile team addresses this pain point by providing Amazon Global Logistics solutions, which include international shipping, customs clearance, and storage solutions. In summary, FBA offers free shipping to Amazon centers, while Amazon Global Logistics provides an integrated, affordable, and reliable solution for shipping inventory from international locations to US, EU, and UK fulfillment centers. About the role: Our rapidly growing team is seeking a Mass Account Manager to join the Global Mile Adoption team. The primary objective of this hands-on role is to drive adoption of Amazon Global Logistics products and services among small (S) and medium (M) size FBA sellers (and other Amazon business sellers), creating a streamlined shipping experience for Selling Partners. You will engage in one-to-many or one-to-one communications with M/S sellers to prospect, qualify, onboard, and convert them into the program. Through evolving communication channels, you will focus on seller satisfaction and retention to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships. This role offers ample opportunities for developing innovative ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and fast-paced environment. Key job responsibilities
- Recruit Medium / Small FBA/MFN Sellers for Global Mile's suite of services to meet or exceed sales targets (Sellers launched, volume, revenue, etc.)
- Prospect and foster Amazon Global Logistics products and services adoption by Medium/Small size Sellers through 1: many communication channels.
- Provide mass training to help Seller quickly ramp up.
- Identify opportunities for Seller account growth by having a thorough understanding of Amazon's diversified offerings
- Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement.
- Build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders through remote and face-to-face meetings
- Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.
- Ownership of Account Management activities including forecasting, troubleshooting, seller education, etc. This may include tracking and analyzing metrics to measure Seller Experience and performance.
- Ownership of operational requirements related to onboarding new sellers to Global Mile. A day in the life
Account Managers will be prospecting Sellers on a daily basis, developing pipeline management plans, and deliver results based on bold on-boarding and conversion goals. This position will be prepared to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment and with cross-functional teams, globally. Global Mile is a globally based team comprising of Product Managers, Program Managers, Strategists, Analysts, Marketers, Sales and Operations Managers to enable an array of Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance solutions and to innovate with Destination Storage, Global Placement solutions, that improve speed in transportation, reduce landed costs, and enable sellers to reach Amazon customers across international marketplaces. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
