Material Coordinator

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is urgently hiring an experienced Material Coordinator for one of our client sites located in Cincinnati, OH. As a Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials and ensuring that materials are properly stored and shipped. This contract position offers a day shift schedule, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. For immediate consideration, apply today.

Responsibilities:

• Managing inventory 
• Process equipment and the required documentation considered for disposal. 
• Process the equipment and required documentation based on the appropriate program designation such as excess, uneconomical to repair (UNR), disposal, obsolete, recycle, or recall. 
• Ensure that all equipment disposal-related transactions are accurately maintained in the database and all the documentation is properly completed and filed. 
• Among other tasks related to the position. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field 
• 1-3 years of experience in Material Coordination or related areas 
• Excellent organization and communication skills with demonstrated experience in managing inventory, coordinating the flow of materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. 
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
• Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
