Our client, a privately owned investment management firm located in Boston, MA, is seeking a Meeting Services Coordinator to join their team! This role is full-time, Monday - Friday with hours of 8:30am-5pm, and compensates $26-27 an hour depending on experience. Qualified candidates have a minimum of 2 years of corporate experience.

In this role, the Meeting Services Coordinator will work in partnership with a team of Meeting Planners to provide support for meetings held on-site and across the globe. The candidate will be responsible for the administration of corporate meetings. This role will be responsible for coordinating mailings, welcome packages and meeting materials as required. In this role, the candidate will act as the first point of contact and must possess exceptional client service and organization skills. The ability to multi-task and take directions from one than one source is important.

Primary responsibilities:

• Assist Meeting Planners and Head of Conference Planning & Travel with scheduled corporate meetings and events
• Coordinate invites/meeting materials/conference guides for all meetings.
• Provide logistical support for corporate events as needed.
