Job Description - Operations Manager

Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the companys daily operations and drive the business forward.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in managing business development sales profit loss project management and process improvement. Industry related experience in aerospace manufacturing or similar is highly desired. Experience working in a large defense company is preferred. Familiarity working with cable and harness required.

What you will do:

Oversee the production and quality at our Arizona facility. This person will report to the Senior VP of Operations.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and manage a team of employees providing guidance and support
  • Monitor financial performance analyze data and prepare reports on key metrics
  • Collaborate with senior management to set company goals and objectives
  • Oversee inventory management supply chain operations and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational processes

Requirements

  • 710 years proven experience as an Operations or General Manager required
  • Proven experience in managing operations in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and decisionmaking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth through effective sales strategies
  • Ability to analyze financial data interpret trends and make sound recommendations
  • Experience in supervising staff and fostering a positive work culture
  • Track record of implementing process improvements to drive operational excellence
