Sanford, NC The Order Process Operator assembles orders in all distribution areas using standardized processes. The Order Process Operator is responsible for accuracy and quality while making sure customer requirements are met. THE ROLE In this role you will be responsible for:
Meet or exceed labor standards/KPIs as established in each operational area.
Must work with respect to the safety rules and procedures defined by Coty.
Maintain excellent safety performance.
Perform BOSS audits as required.
Perform required 5S duties.
Pick and Pack orders with an RF device while maintaining efficiency to meet or exceed established KPI goal.
Perform Quality assurance activities as required by the operational area.
Perform value add activities as required by the operational area.
Perform return goods operational activities while maintaining efficiency to meet or exceed established KPI goals.
Assist in resolution of operational issues as they arise.
Ability to accurately complete required paperwork.
Assist in training new team members on required processes of each functional area.
Interact effectively with all workforce levels to include internal and external customers.
Hazmat certification is preferred. Ability to achieve certification could be required based on work assignment.
May require use of PIT equipment (Electric Jack, Walkie Stacker, Sled)

Delivery QUALIFICATIONS We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to read and follow detailed instructions and procedures, and effectively communicate in both verbal and written formats. Knowledge:
Basic knowledge and experience of PC including: Microsoft Products, DLX, DCS, and ETQ.
Knowledge of Logistics operations is a requirement, to include warehousing, replenishment, product codes, picking, packing, and dock operations.
Full functional understanding of 5S. Functional/Technical/Physical Skills:
Must have communication skills and aptitude in computer related activities.
Training and/or previous experience with automated and/or RF systems.
Must be capable of performing basic mathematical operations.
Must be able to use root-cause problem solving techniques to resolve operational issues.
Must be able to clearly think, communicate, and react in high-pressure situations.
Must be able to successfully multi-task with challenging assignments.
Must be able to solicit and act on feedback from the operations team.
Must be physically able to climb stairs and/or crosswalks on the operations floor.
May be required to work at heights. Abilities:

Ability to comprehend and apply work instructions to daily activities. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.
This position requires the ability to work mandatory overtime to meet business needs either within the day and/or the weekend and business operates on multiple shifts. May be required to work on holidays. Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. Work environment could include exposure to varying air temperatures seasonally impacted. Physical Demands:
