Order Processing Specialist

Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking an Order Processing Specialist for a growing client Raleigh. The Order Processing Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and entering orders while also working closely with the inside sales, assembly and logistics teams to ensure accuracy of orders, availability of product and timely processing. This is a full time, direct hire offering competitive compensation and bonus potential.

Responsibilities:

• Input orders into the ERP system timely and accurately
• Interact with customers via phone and email to manage their orders efficiently.
• Provide initial order confirmation to customers and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Gather critical information from the sales team and customers assertively to ensure accurate order processing
• Communicate changes and order-related information to internal teams and customers promptly and effectively

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree preferred
• Experience with an ERP System required.
• Experience in material planning is preferred.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet critical deadlines
