The Global Mile team is looking for a candidate for the role of Program Manager- Cross Border Carrier Management. In this role the candidate will understand Amazons Fulfillment Network and will develop optimized processes to handle exports shipments to connected countries via ground shipping options. They will develop a process path to enable a cost effective fast delivery service to our customers in neighboring countries clearing Customs and delivering through the last mile. The candidate will use experience and knowledge of transportation operations across global mile, customs and last mile. This person will use knowledge of data an analysis tools, standard deviation fundamentals and graphical data presentation models to highlight wins and misses. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
