Our client, a prestigious university located in Cambridge, is seeking a Program Manager through May 2023. In this role, an ideal candidate will serve as the administrative lead for ongoing projects and initiatives and act as the project manager, helping to set the agendas, capture action items, etc. You will also plan internal meetings and retreats and support all administrative functions for the Assistant Dean. In addition to front office support, this role also will see you ordering supplies, processing invoices and making travel reservations. An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with a specific background of coordinating event logistics similar to those listed above. Candidates should possess strong outreach and written communication skills as well as being comfortable communicating with senior-level personnel. The ability to work both in a team setting and independently is important. This role consists of a M-F 9am-5pm schedule and compensates up to $45 hourly depending on experience.
