Program Manager, Planning, Analytics, and Workforce Strategies

DESCRIPTION

This role will be responsible for end to end labor and capacity planning programs supporting Rapid and Rural Logistics. It encompasses working on multi faceted projects with the goal to scale labor planning processes, optimize business metrics, and improve accuracy of labor plans to reduce cost to serve and ensure speed of delivery for Last Mile Delivery Stations. This role focuses on providing centralized labor planning support through data driven tools. The role will partner with technical product and business intelligence partners to influence labor planning strategies. A Program Manager will work with stakeholders in supply chain, operations, and finance to develop and propose strategies to senior operations leadership for hiring solutions, risk mitigation, and warehouse associate experience. This role will have direct relationships with Delivery Station Operation Leadership to continuously improve labor planning processes through standardization, centralization, and automation. *This role requires travel 5% of the quarter. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
