Job Description - Project Analyst - Nursing Mothers Program/Logistics

MDW Associates is seeking a Project Analyst to provide analytics, technical, and operational support by managing daily activities associated with various aspects of the Nursing Mothers Program and Supply Services. The role is 100% on-site at the Pentagon.

Essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

  • Conducting overall program analysis and review.
  • Supporting day-to-day ongoing business operations to include program enrollment, applications review, program withdrawals, facilities inspection, equipment issue and replacement.
  • Providing management oversight and control support in facilities maintenance to include, but not limited to room construction, repairs, and housekeeping.
  • Reviewing findings from other NMPs across the NCR and developing recommendations.
  • Promoting program awareness by organizing, planning, and conducting outreach events at the Pentagon Reservation and Mark Center.
  • Collecting Nursing Room utilization data at the Pentagon, Pentagon Library Conference Center (PLCC) and Mark Center
  • Developing a utilization summary report that summarizes the purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions resulting from the data collection.
  • Assisting WHS in the maintenance and updating of the Nursing Mothers Program SharePoint Portal/Webpage to educate employees and visitors on the nursing mothers' program and services available.
  • Collecting feedback through ICE programs and other initiatives as directed.
  • Developing and delivering program update briefings on the Nursing Mothers Program to include bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly program metrics.
  • Providing customer service support, including answering customer questions through phone, email, and in-person.
  • Logging and tracking customer complaints, suggestions, and questions.
  • Updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other regulatory guidance as required.
  • Implementing Best Practices to obtain program efficiencies.
  • Assisting the Supply Services Section in processing daily supply requests.
  • Assisting walk-in customers with supply requests.
  • Assisting with annual supply inventories.

Clearance Requirement(s):

  • Candidates for this position must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
