THE JOB


Tidewater Environmental Services, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to be responsible for developing and managing marine and industrial service segments. The Project Manager will be responsible for both Account Management and Business Development and will work closely with Dispatch, Billing, Operations, Maintenance and the Management Team to develop, secure, and execute new organic and inorganic business opportunities.

• Develops, nurtures, and manages customer relationships resulting in growth opportunities. Proactively addresses customer service issues and ensures a successful resolution.
• Works with the General Manager and Operations Manager to develop pricing structure as well as other contract terms and conditions for all quoted and awarded jobs. Assists with providing strategic direction for company operations in growth areas as well as planning, developing, and executing company profitability plans to ensure maximum asset utilization and service rates.
• Receives Request for Quotes (RFQ's), working with third parties for assets or logistics that may be required to execute a job, develop and quote jobs, and reconcile quoted versus actual job costs.
• Estimates and provides written quotes for marine, industrial and transportation related projects. Assesses equipment/manpower capabilities when determining job suitability and risk for the Company.
• Participates in client requested job walks or site assessments to determine budgetary costs or site characterization.
• Reviews and approves service invoices. Works with customers to resolve billing discrepancies.

THE BENEFITS & PAY

• Hiring Salary Range: $90,876 - $120,000 (depending on experience and qualifications); Position Salary Range: $90,876 - $136,314.

THE CATCH

• Knowledgeable of all company equipment, including combination sewer/ jet rod trucks, liquid vacuum trucks, air-movers, roll-off equipment (including straight trucks & "rocket launchers"), watercraft operations, hydro blaster equipment up to 20,000 psi, air-monitoring equipment, and Confined Space Entry and Rescue Operations.
• Completion of OSHA 40 hour/8-hour HAZWOPER training.
• Must be certified in First Aid/CPR.
• Must obtain certification as a Shipyard Competent Person.
• Certain duties may require a boat operator safety certificate.
• Must maintain a current, valid driver's license and an insurable driving record to operate company owned vehicles.
• Must obtain and maintain a currentTransportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) in accordance with Department of Homeland Security requirements.
