Our client based in Chicago, IL is looking for a Promotion and Branding Assistant to join their team. This is an Entry Level role so no Promotional Experience is required.  Marketing & Promotional Training & Support Provided!

The Promotion and Branding Assistant will play a crucial role in executing on-site promotional activities and enhancing brand visibility. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and the ability to effectively represent the brand at various events and locations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site promotional events to enhance brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on event goals and promotional strategies.
• Ensure all logistics, materials, and personnel are prepared for successful event execution.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand identity and values during on-site promotions.
• Engage with customers and potential clients, providing information about products or services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with event attendees and local communities.
• Oversee the distribution of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise.
• Maintain inventory of promotional materials and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
• Collect feedback on promotional materials to contribute to future improvements.
• Provide regular updates to the marketing team regarding on-site activities and consumer interactions
• Provide support in lead generation and customer acquisition efforts during on-site promotions.

This role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Promotion and Branding Assistant will play a crucial part in creating a positive brand image and driving customer engagement at various on-site locations.
