Job Description - Receptionists & Information Clerks

Job Details:

  • First shift, Monday - Friday
  • 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • Weekly competitive pay

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them politely
  • Direct or escort them to specific destinations as needed
  • Schedule/cancel appointments and update appointment calendars
  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers
  • File and maintain customer and company records
  • Operate telecommunication system and respond to emails
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with the team and complete other assignments as directed
  • Attend training, educational opportunities, and meetings when required

 

Position Requirements:

  • Experience in a general office/administrative field preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in pressured situations
  • Great attendance and punctual
