Job Description:

Under direct supervision, supports the design, implementation and execution of the business and operational strategies of the department by interacting with Division, Bank and/or System stakeholders. Interacts with and provides support for key Division, Bank and/or System projects. Develops working relationships within the team, department, division and other business partners throughout the Bank. Develops knowledge of multiple disciplines and participates on projects related to business operations, quality management, and operational controls. Assists in delivering products and services that create efficiencies and improve business processes

Job Responsibilities:

Contact Strategy & Management 

  • Manage referrals of n ew c ontact s from external partners within the FRBA (including those submitted by the Executive Office ) 

  • Scout, research, and solicit new contacts  

 

Event Coordination & Logistics / Dynamic Calendar Management  

  • Arrange and coordinate logistical details around o n and off-site meetings ( i.e. Contact Interviews, Speeches, Advisory Councils, Roundtables, REIN staff, etc. ) 

  • Ma nage RE & other business unit/key personnel calendars  

 

Recurring Administrative Tasks 

  • Draft correspondence to a variety of internal and external stakeholders  

  • Process e xpense s (travel, memberships, purchases) 

  • Maintain CRM database for Atlanta-based team ( data entry and integrity, queries , etc. ) 

  • Lead records information management for Atlanta-based team  

Education:  

Bachelor’s degree or four years equivalent experience, preferred

Experience :  

0 to 5 years

Qualifications:  

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and basic Office 365 programs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Meeting and event planning

  • Records and information management
