Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Auto Transport Account Manager to join our team. This is a remote position where you'll play a vital role in managing relationships with our valued clients and fostering new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and experience in auto transportation. Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Cultivate new business opportunities by pitching our offerings to potential clients.
Respond to inbound calls and emails, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with administrative duties such as answering phones, managing written communications, and resolving client issues.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and promote customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, prospecting, and cold calling.
Experience in the auto transportation industry is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
