Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A from the state of residence.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractortrailer experience within the last 3 years.
• Previous logistics or warehousing experience preferred.
• Acceptable work history for the past 10 years with gaps in employment accounted for.
• Valid longform physical and medical card performed within the last 12 months.
• Negative DOT drug test result prior to employment.
• No discharge for safety reasons from a previous employer.
• No more than 2 license suspensions for nonmoving violations.
• No more than 2 moving violations in any motor vehicle within the last 3 years.
• No license suspension or disqualification for traffic convictions within the last 3 years.
• Capability for prolonged sitting and physical tasks related to loading and unloading freight.
• Ability to perform pretrip safety and endofday inspections.
• Capability to tarp and secure freight weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Capacity to handle tiedowns and securement with up to 100 pounds of force.
• Proficiency in throwing straps and chains to secure loads.

Location and Shift Details:

• Ft. Wayne IN.
• Hourly rate: $26.
• Runs to various locations including Dayton OH; Lansing MI; Grand Rapids MI; and more.
• Home daily within a 40mile radius.
• Shifts available: 2nd shift (2 pm10:30 pm) and 3rd shift (10 pm6:30 am).
