Lead the creation of demand plans for fiber, power, and cooling equipment for global new builds and retrofits. 2. Lead the creation of planning BoM (bill-of-material) and translate final plans into costed BoM. 3. Liaise with the Project Sourcing team to create materials sourcing plans and procurement logs for cost planning. 4. Partner with the Category Sourcing team to ensure allocation plans for constrained equipment align with observed demand trends, and ensure optimal business share location across project sites. 5. Keep cross-functional partners and shareholders apprised of upcoming demand, capacity and cost constraints, and demand schedules. 6. Recommend improvements to demand planning systems to achieve greater efficiency and scale through process improvements and automation. 7. Improve data systems and develop new reporting tools and metrics to improve demand visibility and accuracy. 8. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 9. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Logistics, or a related field (foreign degree equivalent accepted) and 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a supply chain or demand-related occupation. 10. Supply chain fulfillment operations, including forecasting, demand management, supply planning, order management, MPS/MRP, inventory control, or logistics 13. 3. Designing strategic forecasting techniques based on business requirements 14. 4. Supply Chain Planning and Analytics 15. 5. Providing statistical analysis on supply chain data, AND 16. 6. Excel and Tableau Dashboard.
