Job Description As the International Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by managing an existing and profitable Key Account Sales team. Your responsibilities will include: Driving new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships within the Beauty and Cosmetics sector. Overseeing the region's revenue budget, including forecasting, setting pricing strategies, and ensuring profitability. Analyzing sales data and financial reports to evaluate performance against targets and make necessary adjustments. Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, their unique selling points, benefits, and production processes. Ensuring smooth sales operations by overseeing logistics and inventory management. Supporting Key Account Managers with customer contracts and negotiations. Developing sales strategies and implementing metric reporting structures. Requirements We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field. Experience in primary packaging, with a strong focus on the Cosmetic/Beauty market. Proven global account management experience. Ability to travel within North America & South America. Excellent relationship-building skills. This is a fully remote role with travel required to meet with customers in the US & LATAM, with our European HQ serving as the home base.
