Sales Support Specialist

LaSalle Network has partnered with a Global Manufacturing company that specializes in the production of Machine tools. They are looking for a skilled and passionate Pre-Sales Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. Pre-Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities : 

• Engage in telemarketing efforts and contribute to business development initiatives
• Territory Strategy, Marketing, and Catalog Stocking: Contribute to the formulation and execution of territory strategies, participate in marketing efforts, and manage catalog stocking
• Order Processing: Efficiently process orders to ensure smooth transactions
• Manage Shipping Arrangements, Invoice Tracking, and Reporting: Oversee shipping logistics, track invoices, and provide relevant reporting
• Database Development (OMS/CRM): Contribute to the development and maintenance of databases, particularly in OMS/CRM systems
• Developing and Mailing Correspondence, Answering Telephones, Filing: Handle various administrative tasks, including correspondence development, telephone communication, and filing

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of related experience
• Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
• Previous exposure to the machine tool industry is preferred
• Proficient to advanced use of Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
