Job Description - Seminole Hard Rock Support Services

SUMMARY

The Casino Marketing Innovation Specialist provides operational and logistical support to the Casino Marketing Innovation team. This includes, but is not limited to, Salesforce CRM project user story gathering and review, creation and maintenance of project documentation, and Salesforce set-up and execution.

  • RESPONSIBILTIES

    • Be an active participant in the Salesforce CRM implementation project including creating and refining project user stories
    • Support VP and Manager of Casino Marketing Innovation in agile implementation of new Salesforce platform for enterprise Sales Teams
    • Partner with multiple departments including Direct Mail, Marketing, Casino Marketing, Customer Care and IT to ensure a thorough and correct understanding of processes and priorities
    • Create and maintain Salesforce roles and profiles
    • Create and enhance new reports and dashboards in Salesforce platform
    • Provide input on workflows and automation in Salesforce platform as it relates to property operations and enterprise processes
    • Maintain and update existing reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
    • Collaborate with Casino Marketing Innovation leaders and property partners to identify operational improvements and opportunities through new Salesforce platform
    • Maintain professional relations with vendors, customers and harmonious relationships with co-workers.

  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • College degree preferred and/or combination of education and three years of related work experience
    • One to two years of gaming experience is required
    • Experience with CRM platforms is preferred
    • Salesforce certification(s) highly preferred
    • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals
    • Must be able and willing to work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Must be detail-oriented
    • Must possess excellent time management skills
    • Must be a team player with strong communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
    • Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance
    • Ability to function in non-standard situations where some judgment must be exercised.

     

     

     

    Work Environment:

    • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
