1st Shift Mon – Fri 8AM -5PM (Hybrid schedule)

What you will do:

As the Senior Logistics coordinator you will coordinate intercompany shipments from Stryker US facilities to Stryker international facilities. 

  • Maintain direct contact with customers before and after the sale.
  • Support sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers.
  • Work with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management.
  • Respond to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules for both before and after the sale.
  • Recommend price changes based on company/customer relationship.
  • Resolve/Influence production scheduling and shipping or invoicing problems.
  • Determine validity of warranty claims and schedules repair resources.
  • Change production/shipping schedules and recognize add-on business opportunities.

What you need:

  • 5 years of experience required, including manufacturing, distribution, or logistics experience. 
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associates Degree preferred.
