Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Base Salary Range: $120,000 to $160,000+/year
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager-Casino/Hospitality to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from pre-construction through completion. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the Owner, Architect, Engineer and other stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project from pre-construction through completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and milestones.
- Conduct regular project meetings with project stakeholders and ensure efficient communication between all project participants.
- Coordinate and manage the process and procedures of the project.
- Ensure quality control/safety and cost/control requirements are met.
- Make sure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit all relevant reports to management.
- Monitor and track project performance.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Manage and track project documents.
- Provide mentoring and training to project team members.
- Recruit and manage project personnel.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in the hospitality/casino industry. Ideally we are looking for a candidate that has 3-4+ Casino/Hotel projects under their belt. Looking for $200M+ in project size.
- Experience working in a Design-Build environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Primavera P6 and BlueBeam.
- Experience with Procore and Sage financials.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Strong negotiation and change management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
