Lincoln of Cincinnati seeks a full-time, on site Service Coordinator to orchestrate the remote luxury service experience. Embrace this unique opportunity to oversee Mobile Service, coordinate seamless pickup/drop-off of guest vehicles, and oversee our loaner vehicle fleet.

As the linchpin of our Remote Service operation, the coordinator embodies the dealership's ethos as the undisputed "Champion" and steward of this bespoke service domain. Your role as the Remote Service Coordinator encompasses all facets of Mobile Service and Pickup/Drop-off endeavors, ensuring our Mobile Service Team adeptly fulfills every scheduled appointment.

Remote Service epitomizes our commitment to extending our service department's reach beyond the confines of our dealership. We deliver a concierge rental experience to our guests at their homes or workplaces by bringing their Lincoln to our service department for maintenance or repairs. Once the service is complete, we return the vehicle to its owner, ensuring a seamless and prestigious service encounter.

Duties:

• Meticulously scheduling Mobile Appointments and Pickup/Drop-off visits at guest residences, demonstrating adeptness in logistical coordination.
• Exemplifying finesse in cross-selling additional services during appointment setup and catering to individual customer needs.
• Diligently confirming daily appointments and extending gracious follow-ups to previous day's guests.
• Proficiently managing repair orders, dispatching appointments, and coordinating routes for efficient technician deployment.
• Ensuring seamless communication with technicians to synchronize daily schedules and maintain impeccably stocked service vehicles.
• Exemplifying unparalleled customer service, taking ownership of Mobile Service Guests' experiences from A to Z, while adeptly upselling maintenance items.

• Thoroughly tracking guests' current mileage and maintenance requirements, collaborating with the Warranty Administrator to handle warranty claims and parts for repair orders.
• Handling fleet logistics and orchestrating seamless coordination with valet drivers.

Experience and Skills:

• Self-driven individual with exemplary time management skills.

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or a distinguished track record in delivering impeccable customer service in the realm of luxury hospitality.
• Proficiency in route management and dispatching.
• In-depth understanding and execution of appointment preparation and customer service best practices.
• Current or recent experience in a customer contact position
• Must be computer literate: CDK experience a plus
• High school graduate.
• Satisfactory employment references.
• Pass background check.
