Responsibilities
• Maintain phone communication between external customers and contracted drivers/couriers • Assist contracted drivers with delivery issues • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and answer questions • Monitor progress of delivery routes • Handle customer billing and data entry tasks • Assign drivers/couriers delivery routes • Oversee unloading processes of returning routes at day's end • Complete additional duties as requested
Requirements
• 1 year of experience in a customer service role • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) • Experience in a call center environment (preferred) • Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills • Ability to thrive under pressure and exceed customer expectations • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
