Sr. Vice President of Programs

The Sr. Vice President, Programs is a crucial member of CyberCore’s leadership team and reports directly to the CEO. The individual in this role leads CyberCore’s program portfolio and collaborates with key stakeholders within CyberCore, customers, partners, and primes to maintain and grow current and new business. Candidate will have a deep understanding of Secure Supply Chain & Logistic Services, Enterprise IT Services, and Mission Services. This person must be motivated to succeed, eager to build and maintain relationships, and willing to come up with innovative ideas to position CyberCore on new and existing programs. This uniquely versatile individual will have the ability to navigate between staff augmentation services, lifecycle IT (products & services), as well as supply and logistics offerings. Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the program strategy for the entire portfolio of programs for the company, aligning with organizational goals and objectives
• Lead and manage a team of program professionals overseeing the entire portfolio of programs for the company
• Managing the implementation and funding of programs
• Analyzing the effectiveness of programs and providing feedback
• Consulting with other executives to improve existing programs
• Ensuring successful coordination between program areas and other departments
• Work with Prime to negotiate backfill positions, when necessary
• Work with recruiting team to coordinate project staff. Includes involvement in hiring, communicating job expectations, enforcing policies, disciplining employees, coordinating training
• Be actively involved in employee move requests with Recruiting
• Manage project budget to include: negotiation of rates with contractor, planning, reviewing and being approving authority on compensation actions.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Work with the customer to resolve any issues immediately to prevent program failure
• Assist with all aspects of business development and growth activities for existing or new business

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of management experience, including building relationships with the Intelligence Community, Defense Industrial Base, U.S. Government, and military 
• Experience leading large teams and implementing projects.
• Holds an Active TS/SCI with Polygraph .

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and establish a solid working relationship with senior management, technical staff, division managers, and peers across CyberCore.
