Location/Division Specific Information:
St. Louis, MO/ Drug Substance Division (Biologics)
The St. Louis Site is a fast paced, 24/7 biologic drug substance manufacturing facility with approximately 900 employees, but by year end we will be close to 1,000 employees due to our recent site expansion in 2023.
This is an impactful role for the organization requiring the ability to truly partner with business leaders supporting/driving Attraction & Retention initiatives for the St. Louis site. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter who has a strong project management background combined with prior knowledge and/or experience of a recruitment process.
This position will Act as a liaison with Talent Acquisition to assist with filling vacancies in a timely manner. It will also nurture and support partnerships and programs with academic leaders that will support the long-term early career talent needs of the organization in alignment with the workforce hiring plans for the site. This exciting opportunity will create and implement strategies that bridge talent needs with targeted key colleges and Historically Black College and Universities (HBCUs) to build talent pipeline as well as create programs to pro-actively educate, attract, and hire collegiate talent. The role is also responsible for the alignment, and implementation of Summer Internship and Co-Op programs at the St. Louis site.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of previous Staffing Coordinator experience or a similar role preferred; Educational equivalency with additional years of experience may be considered.
Experience:
Experience is focused on Human Resources/university recruiting experience, with at least two (2) years leading university recruiting or early-career talent sourcing efforts.
Proven project management capabilities.
Experience developing and leading robust development, rotational, internship and co-op programs is preferred.
Experience creating recruiting strategies such as process improvement strategic sourcing, diversity initiatives preferred.
Experience in developing strong relationships with university representatives and student programs preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Some travel may be required.
A flexible work schedule is required.
Ability to lift 25 lbs independently.
