Join us. --- About the team As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the Lemon8 team is responsible for supporting in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates. You are also responsible for coordinating and conducting interviews, supporting candidates and hiring managers with their requests and ensuring high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate. This role is a 12-month temporary assignment and will be pay-rolled through a third-party staffing agency. --- Responsibilities -Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams. -Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques). -Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency -Support in conducting recruiting screening calls independently with candidates

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications -Bachelor's Degree is required. -Minimum 1 year of equivalent coordination experience in a high volume environment (preferred search firm or in-house recruiting environment). -Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums -Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills (attention to details). --- Preferred Qualifications -Experience in full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing and offering Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks. --- ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (hourly)

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $26- $35.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
