The Talent Program Manager – Ops Learning manages learning programs for the Operations organization, end-to-end. This role manages programs, coordinates logistics, analyzes data, delivers learning solutions, and guides instructional designers to ensure our Operations organization has learning opportunities meeting the highest standards.

1. Keeps field managers (Divisional Presidents, Divisional Vice Presidents & Regional Operations Directors) informed of new initiatives in response to field requests for learning solutions.
2. Collaborates with associates at all levels, and multiple disciplines across the organization, to design, develop, and implement courseware (e.g. frontline, peers, managers, senior executives).
3. Serves as a technical subject matter expert on the system application post-implementation to the field associates. Answers phone calls and emails which relate to how to better use the system.

Education and Experience

Experience in healthcare operations preferred.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements

ATD Master Trainer or APTD certification is preferred. Some travel required, up to 20%.

Management/Decision Making
Uses strong analytic skills and an in-depth understanding of the organization and the business in order to handle arising problems and issues. Solves diverse problems using solid analytical skills where limited precedents/guidelines exist.

Knowledge and Skills
Working knowledge of talent management disciplines, including succession planning, performance management, leadership development, coaching, engagement, change management, team effectiveness, and organizational design.
