The University of Tennessee Foundation (UTFI) is seeking a Senior Advancement Assistant for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus. Reporting to the Executive Director for the College of Arts and Sciences Advancement Office, this position supports a growing team of advancement professionals and serves as a liaison for assigned advancement directors and staff, campus and system personnel, and external constituencies of the university, such as community and business leaders, corporate vendors, alumni, donors, and friends of the university.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 A.M. - 5 P.M.

Length of Job: Approximately 3 month

Pay Rate: $16.00 an hour

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree
• 3 years of relevant experience

This individual will also be responsible for:

• Answering phone lines
• Monitor incoming mail/email
• Coordinating travel for the assigned advancement directors and coordinating on and off campus logistics.
• This position will also assist with travel planning/reimbursements, projects, and select events.
