Overall Purpose and Objective of Position
Verify and compile records on certificated cotton, gin cotton, and all inbound and outbound cotton activity. Coordinate certificated cotton activities with all Memphis warehouse. Schedule loads for all LDC Warehouses. Apply for all ME numbers from New York Board of Trade. Handle USDA classing and sample data. Responsible for shipping and receiving.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Education/Professional Certifications/Licenses
Associate’s Degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school or two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
2-5 years’ experience in agricultural commodity warehousing or logistics; or equivalent industry experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (including any physical demands)
