Warehouse Package Handler

We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Franklin, MA location.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00am - End of Sort and Saturday-Sunday, 3:00am - End of Sort. Weekends mandatory, days off provided by management. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
• Load trucks for deliveries
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done!

Skills you need :

• Ability to stay on your feet while working - this is a great job for someone looking to stay active!
• Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Gloves and work boots are recommended

  • Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure.
