Warehouse Supervisor

Flowly Solutions is hiring a supervisor for our warehouse team.

This role requires direct managerial experience in a logistics setting. We are happy to train on our company specific systems.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

As a warehouse supervisor, you will be responsible several different areas. These include employee management, expenditures, outbound and inbound, customer service, inventory.

This is a swing shift. Working hours are from 2:00pm - 11:00pm with potential required overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in management of the entire warehouse and all employees
• Employee relations such as scheduling, timesheet management, disciplinary action, coaching, training, orientations
• Inventory management and ensuring all products are readily available
• Direct customer interaction and the ability to remain professional at all times
• Hitting strict deadlines and ensuring business is completed timely
• A willingness to help other departments and getting directly involved in the warehouse labor if needed
• Keeping the warehouse safe and clean
• Training new employees on our forklifts and machinery

Qualifications:

• Previous managerial experience in a warehouse setting
• The ability to use computers and type effectively
• Physical capability of lifting 50 pounds and stand for the entirety of the shift
• Direct experience in employee management
• The ability to operate a forklift and electric pallet jack
• Strong customer service skills 
• No formal education is required
