Your Responsibilities

As a 3rd Shift  Production Supervisor for TCAO- 8R Business Unit located in Waterloo, IA, you will be responsible for...

• The safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency metrics for the assigned department
• Management and completion of all department related audits
• Ensuring Operator Certification is sustained at the designated Business Unit threshold
• Drive engagement in the continuous improvement process with a cross functional wage and salary team

What Skills You Need

• Excellent communicator that thrives on solving problems in a team environment
• Experience using SAP, production related transactions
• Process oriented and organized with a strong attention to detail

What Makes You Stand Out

• Knowledge of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP)
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across different functional areas
• Financial acumen
• Work experience in the Union environment
• Experience with shop floor manufacturing and incentive pay systems

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management, Engineering, Operations, Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent experience
