This position will be ON SITE in Timmonsville, SC

Pay Rate : $20-22/hr based on experience

This will be a temp to hire opportunity

Hours : Part time- 30 hours a week

8am to 2:30pm Monday thru Friday

or off on Monday and work Tuesday thru Friday (3) 8-hour shift and 6 hours on Friday to equal the 30 hours

What we are looking for in an Accounts Payable Processor:

• Associate degree required and at least 1yr experience in Accounts payable .

What will you be doing as an Accounts Payable Processor:

• Perform timely account reconciliation by verifying entries and comparing to balances

• Analyze, prioritize, code and pay invoices

• Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files

• Providing excellent customer service to our vendors, staff and customers

• Researching and resolving vendor statement discrepancies and issues

Requirements:

• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Ability to adapt to changes with positive outlook, and suggest improvements

• Assist in mailing of weekly checks, Answering phone calls and emails as needed

• Monitor and address inquires sent to the department mailboxes, voicemail and inbox

• Analyze, prioritize, code and pay invoices, managing vendor or supplier expectations

• Extensive Excel knowledge

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong interpersonal skills
