Job Title: AutoCAD Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD software. The primary responsibility will involve translating designs and specifications into accurate CAD drawings, particularly focusing on creating blocks for housings, boxes for internal components, and various mechanical components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to ensure designs meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD software.
2. Interpret design specifications and technical drawings to produce accurate CAD models.
3. Design and draw housings, boxes, and mechanical components according to project requirements.
4. Develop CAD blocks based on provided designs and specifications.
5. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure CAD designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
6. Revise and modify CAD drawings as directed by project leads or engineering team.
7. Ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines for CAD deliverables.
8. Maintain organized file management and documentation of CAD drawings.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, drafting, or related field.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD software with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
3. Strong understanding of both 2D and 3D design principles.
4. Ability to translate design concepts and specifications into accurate CAD drawings.
5. Experience designing housings, boxes, and mechanical components is preferred.

3. Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
4. Certification in AutoCAD or related software.
