Automotive Body Work Technician Needed for Warehouse in North Salt Lake

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $18 - $23 Based on Experience

Automotive Body Work Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $23.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• Prep fabricated parts in a controlled environment.
• Prep work includes sanding, grinding and degreasing and getting ready for paint work. 
• Prepare fabricated parts surfaces for paint application
• Perform other paint prep tasks as assigned by team or supervisor
• Working with various Automotive Body parts to complete projects. 

Automotive Body Work Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum trade school classroom experience helpful.
• Read, wright, speak and understand basic instructions and diagrams in English.
• Education/experience in automotive or industrial prepping and painting helpful.
• Experience with small and large hand tools.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to detail and accuracy while working within a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to crouch, kneel, stoop, balance and climb, and crawl.
• Must have great vision to be able to focus on near and far distances.
• Must pass medical clearance and fit test to wear a respirator (PFT test).
• Experience with Automotive body work is a huge plus!
