Biomedical Production Supervisor

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a 3rd shift Biomedical Production Supervisor position in Dayton, OH.  This position is a direct hire opportunity, with starting pay of $25.50! As a 3rd shift Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the production operations during the overnight shift. You will be responsible for leading a team of 20-30 employees, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. During the first month of employment, you will undergo comprehensive training on 1st shift to familiarize yourself with process, procedures, and team dynamics. ·       Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment
