BMW Service Technician

We are looking for a highly qualified BMW Service Technician who is well versed in routine maintenance, vehicle diagnostics and complex repairs to join our team. This role collaborates with other technicians and Service Advisors, and reports to the Service Director. What We Offer:

Core Responsibilities:

• Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Complete vehicles inspections, informing the Service Advisor of additional repairs or services needed, providing an estimate of the time required for other repairs
• Perform work specified on the repair order per dealership processes
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• 5 years of dealership experience required, demonstrating proficient technical and mechanical knowledge
• BMW experience and certifications required; ASE certifications are a plus
• Analytical with strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborative and willing to work as part of a team
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Hours and Work Environment Our Service Department is open Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm. We offer a 5-day workweek, and ask that all applicants be available to work any of the days and times listed above.
