This is an exciting, well-compensated position for a creative professional who is looking to grow technically in the highly competitive international jewelry manufacturing industry.


We are currently seeking a full-time CAD modeler to join our outstanding design team at our Honolulu headquarters. Candidates will be goal-oriented and possess computer graphic skills to create concepts and samples in CAD for new collections.


Three years' experience modeling organic forms in Rhino or Matrix preferred or equivalent program. Use of Zbrush, Maya, 3-D Studio Max and C# a plus. REQUIREMENTS:

• Be creative and artistic
• Have drawing skills (hand sketching and sculpting skills)
• Have excellent IT skills
• Be patient and able to concentrate for long periods
• Pay attention to detail
• Have good communication and negotiation skills
• Be original and inventive
• Work well as part of a team and be able to take direction from senior designers
• Be able to follow a brief directions and work on independently
• Be comfortable with peer evaluation
• Work well under pressure and to strict deadlines

OTHER QUALITIES:

• You will need to have creativity and imagination
• Be interested in art and design

Experience with custom design is highly desired.
