Class A End Dump Driver

We are seeking an End Dump Driver for our customer, County Ready Mix Corporation. Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate an end dump truck to transport and deliver materials such as dirt, gravel, and asphalt. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safe operation. Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle maintenance, and any issues encountered. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site supervisors, and other team members. Ensure the secure loading and unloading of materials. Keep the truck clean and in good working condition. Report any mechanical problems or necessary repairs to the maintenance team. Assist with other duties as needed in support of the companys operations. Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record. 2+ years of experience driving an end dump truck or similar vehicle. Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards. Ability to operate a manual transmission. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical ability to load and unload materials, as necessary. Work Environment: Working in outdoor weather conditions.Work near moving machinery and equipment.Work alongside moving traffic on roads. Physical Requirements: Ability to climb stairs and ladders, reach squat.Frequent Sitting.Standing / Walking / Climbing.Squatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending.Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder.
