Location: Heber Springs, AR
Salary: $60K - $80K
Requirements: Proficiency in Operating CNC Machines / Knowledge of Mazatrol Programming / Experience with Siemens S7 or TIA Portal (Plus) /Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Principles

What You Will Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of cuts
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure conformance to specifications
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

What You Need for this Position

• Proficiency in Operating CNC Machines
• Knowledge of Mazatrol Programming
• Experience with Siemens S7 or TIA Portal (Plus)
