Path Engineering LLC (a staffing agency with years of experience helping companies with high-volume hiring needs) is posting this job on behalf of National Technologies- Oak Creek Facility.

National Technologies, Inc. (NTI) is looking for an experienced 2 nd shift Supervisor with a Machining or Quality Control Technician background. Our 2 nd shift is a small team of approximately 25 people that strive to do a good job, every day.

What you need to know about the job

 This position is full-time 2nd shift.

 Your schedule would be Monday-Thursday 4 PM - 3:45 AM.

 Working Fridays are voluntary, not mandatory 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM

 This job comes with lots of 3-day weekends!

 $27-$34 / hr depending on skills and experience.

You will work with Machinists in a job shop environment who run

 CNC Lathes, Mills, Swiss, Robots and Grinding Equipment

 Single and Multiple Spindle Screw Machines

 Manual and CNC secondary equipment

**How you’ll contribute to our team**

You’ll be trusted to direct and coordinate activities concerned with people, safety, production, machines and other equipment.

 You’ll obtain and review data regarding types, quantities,

specifications and delivery dates of products on our production schedule.

 You’ll be provided the appropriate quality assurance tools and instruments to assist in maintaining high quality control standards.

 You will review, analyze, troubleshoot and report non-conformance, production and safety occurrences and issues.

 You’ll work with H.R. to follow and enforce the employee manual uniformly.

 You’ll optimize utilization of people, machines and equipment.

 You will help us take pride in the cleanliness, condition, and safety of our building and machines.

 Advise H.R. of any of any employee related issues and assist in employee review and disciplinary processes as needed.

 Follow plant nightly closing procedures as directed.

What you’ve done

 You’re familiar with producing or inspecting close tolerance, fine finished parts in a job shop environment.

 You’re comfortable directing the activities of others.

 You’ve learned to appreciate the value of setting and meeting goals.

 You’re able to read blueprints and can work from drawings and routings.

 You know how to use basic and precision measuring instruments.

 Must be able to lift, bend, and use handheld equipment.

 Must be able to work with lubricants, cutting fluids, and coolants.
