CNC Operator

Must have at least one year of CNC machining experience.

Current Machinery you would be working with:
Haas VF4ss, Haas VF2ss, Haas UMC500ss, and Okuma M560. Equipped with 4 and 5 axis rotaries. We also have a Doosan 2100SYB Dual spindle lathe.

Job Responsibilities:

• CNC programming using 3D modeling software.
• Programs mills and/or lathes by generating G-Code.
• Maintains CNC machinery by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• General shop cleaning and maintenance to maintain safe work environment.
• Receives raw material and tooling for jobs and checks into inventory system.
• Handles cleaning, inspection and packaging of manufactured parts.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Ideally 2 or more years of machining experience with the ability to program in CAM using Fusion 360, Autodesk, SolidWorks, Mastercam, etc.
• Ability to program, setup and run jobs.
• Ability to stand extended periods of time and lift 50lbs unassisted.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Desire for continuous learning with a coachable attitude.
