Responsibilities
• Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for Haas milling machines • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications • Evaluate material properties and select cutting tools • Assist with setup and calibration of CNC machines • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure parts meet standards • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and cost savings • Conduct regular maintenance of CNC machines • Troubleshoot programming or equipment issues • Document CNC programs and setup sheets • Continuously improve processes
Requirements
• Five or more years as a CNC Milling Programmer on Haas milling machines • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software • Strong command of G-code programming • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
