Our team is searching for a Continuous Improvement Lead – Americas Region to support the work at our Houston, Texas location supporting the Americas region. You will be part of a motivated team of Continuous improvement professional creating a strong culture of continuous improvement.

If you...

• Have earned a Bachelors of Science in Engineering or a related field.
• Have earned a Masters in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
• Possess a minimum of eight years in continuous improvement.
• Are independently certified in Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt required.
• Are bilingual in English/Portuguese and/or bilingual in English/Spanish.

As a Continuous Improvement Lead - Americas Region, You Create Chemistry By...

• Coordinating and implementing strategies to further improve our competitiveness through continuous improvement processes utilizing, lean,  Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies
• Directly leading key projects as an independently certified Lean Six Sigma black belt as well as coaching and developing the engineering team as they lead yellow and Green belt CI projects
• Contributing to global teams as a designated regional black belt with other black belts to create best practices and harmonizing global approaches
• Working with the Large Capital project team based in the Houston office, you will apply your manufacturing and project knowledge to optimize large capital project processes
• Developing and coordinating training and development throughout the GEC global engineering organization
• Reporting to the Support Services Manager, you will use your management training to develop global approaches and support development of cross regional teams.
