Continuous Improvement Leader Responsibilities:

• Coordinates process improvement projects
• Utilize Lean problem-solving methodologies.
• Work with production and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvements
• Implement capital projects and process improvements.
• Tracks, measures, and reports progress on improvement activities
• Coach, mentor, and work with employees at all levels throughout the company

Continuous Improvement Leader Qualifications:

• BS/BA Engineering degree in a technical discipline, preferably Industrial, Quality, or Mechanical; or a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Continuous Improvement Deployment, TOC, Lean, Six Sigma - Certification
• Must have proficient skills with spreadsheets, email, Microsoft Office programs, and Manufacturing Software
• Project management experience
