Design Architect

They are looking for a highly motivated designer who can participate in preparing architectural presentations, construction drawings and documents, and design of a variety of projects Company Details: * Voted one of the best places to work in the metro area

* Zero lay offs due to lack of work Responsibilities: * Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
* Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings
* Review design documents and construction estimates
* Assisting in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
* Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives Qualifications: * 3-5 years of experience
* Degree in Architecture preferred
* Experienced in using AutoCAD and Revit
* Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques
* Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team
* Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats Compensation/Benefits: * $55,000 to $75,000 base compensation
* 3 weeks' vacation
