Digital Transformation Process Lead

Molex is seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Transformation Process Lead for our Transportation Innovative Solutions Division (TIS). This role will be crucial representing the TIS Division and ensuring integration, alignment and adoption of product development processes and digital tools across the organization. The right person for this role will thrive on moving the needle to exceed business transformation objectives related to productivity and increased efficiency for our internal users and external customers. What You Will Do

• Represent Transportation Innovative Solutions Division in the deployment of PD Digital Transformation initiatives across various divisions, ensuring the global solution's integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple business units and segments within the TIS division to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive adoption of digital solutions.
• Support the integration and enhancement of Change Control Management processes with Teamcenter, Polarion, and SAP-PCN processes.
• Onboard new groups within TIS Division into the PD Digital Transformation framework.
• Facilitate training and content development, ensuring tools like the 'Walk me' platform are updated with essential Change Control Management training materials in line with the TIS Division's sustainment plan.
• Define and track metrics for change control management training effectiveness and Teamcenter usage within TIS.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities, collecting employee insights, defining priorities, and monitoring progress.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and facilitating organizational change.
• 3+ years of Product Development Experience in a Technical Environment.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management principles and digital transformation technologies.
• Experience in defining and mapping business processes to digital transformation processes for efficiency gains.

What Puts You Ahead

• Experience in digital transformation or process improvement in a corporate setting
• High level of experience with MS Project, MS Office and workflow tools
• In-depth experience with Teamcenter and similar enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various business units and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to define and communicate Value Realization Metrics.
