Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Type : Full-time/Direct Hire

Reports To : Maintenance Supervisor

Hours : 2 positions now available - one on 2nd shift and one on 3rd. Hours run Monday through Friday and are as follows for each shift:

• 2nd Shift = 3:00pm – 11:30pm
• 3rd Shift = 11:00pm – 7:30am

Pay : Targeting anywhere between $22 - $36/hour depending upon experience, PLUS generous shift differential!

Essential duties for this Maintenance Tech role will include :

• Repair building and production equipment, troubleshooting equipment to determine root cause of the problem and recommend method of repair.
• Assist in resolving problems, delays and difficulties. Escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Provide technical assistance on new or existing equipment.
• Carry out work instructions and ensure work is completed according to assigned schedules.
• Complete stock requisitions to maintain maintenance supply inventories.
• Recommend and perform preventative maintenance procedures.
• Perform Confined Space Entries following all necessary procedures and policies.
• Assist with grounds keeping (i.e. snow removal) as needed.

We're looking for skilled INDUSTRIAL Maintenance professionals with the following background:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Three to five years related experience and/or training in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Must possess a high degree of mechanical ability and a working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, welding, soldering, and other related skills.
• Must be aware of and comply with related ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 procedures
